Lance Collard cops big ban following guilty homophobic slur verdict
St Kilda player Lance Collard has been hit with a huge ban after being found guilty of using a homophobic slur in a VFL game last month.
Collard’s conduct unbecoming charge was upheld by the AFL last week, with the final verdict handed down on Tuesday afternoon.
“That is a significant penalty,” Shane McInnes said.
