Collingwood assistant coach’s cheeky response after club rested star players

Collingwood has opted to leave several of its star players for Thursday night’s game against Fremantle.
The likes of Scott Pendlebury, Jordan De Goey and Brayden Maynard were spared the four-hour flight to Perth following a five-day turnaround from their last match.
Assistant coach Scott Selwood had a cheeky response when asked on Wide World of Sports why the club opted for mass changes.

“It was a bit of a plan to rest some of the guys,” he said.
