‘Couldn’t believe it’: Jake Lever’s take on THAT final moment with Eric Hipwood

Melbourne defender Jake Lever says he is absolutely pinching himself after last night’s remarkable comeback win over Brisbane at the MCG.

Lever gave high praise to Brisbane claiming they were playing some “phenomenal” footy, but the Demons hung in there to kick the last four goals of the game.

He also commented on the dramatic final moment where himself and Lion Eric Hipwood contested a mark, with Lever claiming he “couldn’t believe” he marked that ball!
