‘Deeply problematic’: Georgie Purcell responds to John Setka’s comments over duck shooting
Animal Justice Party MP Georgie Purcell has responded to CFMEU boss John Setka’s comments, who threatened industrial action if the state government ban duck hunting earlier this morning.
Mr Setka stated duck hunting is good for his members’ mental health, which Ms Purcell believes is “deeply problematic”.
“I think that they are deceiving their members in order to cater to a handful of people who don’t want this to happen,” Ms Purcell told Neil Mitchell.
