Eddie McGuire’s blunt message to Adelaide fans who booed Isaac Quaynor

Eddie McGuire has responded to how Collingwood defender Isaac Quaynor was treated by Adelaide fans on Thursday night.

The Pies are into a prelim after a 24-point win over the Crows, silencing a rowdy home crowd of over 52,000 at Adelaide Oval.

And Quaynor was a particular target of the Adelaide crowd, who jeered him for much of the night.

“They were all cranked up and ready to go,” the former Collingwood president told 3AW Football post-match about the Crows fans.

“Good to see they were booing every time Isaac Quaynor got the ball, meaning they were hoarse by the end of the night.”
