Four senior Andrews Government ministers have today confirmed they’ll step down.

Deputy Premier James Merlino, Health Minister Martin Foley, Police Minister Lisa Neville and Sports Minister Martin Pakula have confirmed their retirements.

Neil Mitchell says the cabinet exodus will “be chaotic by any definition”.

“Daniel Andrews will spin this as a new beginning,” the 3AW Mornings host said. “But don’t forget you’re the boss”.

“Whoever Daniel brings in from the bottom of the barrel, tell them — what are the things you want them to do?”

Neil Mitchell says there are five things he wants to see come from the major cabinet changes.
