Fremantle icon backs push to rotate AFL Grand Final venue

Fremantle icon Matthew Pavlich says he’d like to see the AFL Grand Final played at venues other than the MCG on a semi-regular basis.

He said he’d support playing the biggest game of the season at different venues, like the NFL does with the Super Bowl.

“Yes, we are different to America, I know that, but taking it on tour has some real opportunity,” Pavlich told 3AW.

“Maybe every second year?”
