Fremantle’s footy boss says the club has moved on from the prospect of Lachie Neale returning to the club this summer and is focused on other deals this trade period.

Neale had appeared set to return to the Dockers this off-season before recommitting to the Brisbane Lions.

But in recent days there’s been speculation the Dockers hadn’t given up hope of luring the Brownlow medallist back.

Peter Bell addressed those reports on 3AW.

“He made it really clear that he expects to play out his contract at Brisbane, so that’s where it sits and we’ve moved on to other things at the moment,” he said.

Bell also discussed Fremantle’s chances of finalising a deal to secure Jordan Clark, as well what the future held for Rory Lobb.
