FULL TIME
Adelaide has beaten the Bulldogs by 37 points in the wet.
The Dogs managed just 2.14 (26), their lowest score kicked under the name Western Bulldogs.
Their previous low point since changing their name from Footscray in 1996 was 4.4 (28), coincidentally also against Adelaide.
Matthew Lloyd said it showed the Dogs showed they’re still a long way off.
“They’ve shown they’re not ready or good enough to play finals this year,” Lloydy said.

HALF TIME
The Crows lead a slog of a match by eight points.
The rain is thumping down at Adelaide Oval, making it tough for either team to get clear possession.
Only four goals have been kicked so far.

THE BUILD-UP
Beware the wounded Crows.
As Sydney learnt just a matter of weeks ago, it’s not about the players who are out when it comes to Adelaide.
They’ve overcome a significant injury list before, so the Bulldogs will need to be wary.
That said, this is a real chance for the Dogs to claim a major scalp and announce themselves as a player in 2018.
Can the Doggies do it on the road? Or will the Crows once again demonstrate their strong depth.
