A Toby Greene-inspired GWS Giants have knocked out crosstown rivals Sydney Swans by 49 points
The Giants lead from start to finish and looked commanding from the opening bounce as they look ahead to a semi final against either West Coast in Perth or Collingwood at the MCG next Saturday night.
Josh Kelly was ruled out at half time through injury but it never mattered as the Swans wilted under fierce GWS pressure.
Remarkable, it was Sydney/South Melbourne’s second lowest-ever score in a final.
Harf: "I wouldn't mind betting that they'll be a recommendation by the umpiring department during the week that the don't want to see that."
Tim: "What Toby Greene just did is a disgrace."#AFLSwansGiants

The Giants have taken a 15-point margin into the main break.
Josh Kennedy and Lachie Whitfield have had 16 touches each.
Tom McCartin is yet to touch the ball.
No changes to either side ahead of this afternoon’s elimination final.
It’s set to be a huge afternoon of football at the SCG as crosstown rivals Sydney and Greater Western Sydney clash for their second-ever finals matchup.
If the 2016 qualifying final is any indication, get set for a bruising encounter as two of the toughest teams in football go head to head.
These two sides met less than a month ago in the penultimate round of the season, with the Swans winning by 20 on a night where Lance Franklin kicked five goals.
