Geelong chief says trade target will be a Cat next year
Geelong chief Brian Cook says Tim Kelly will be playing at the Cats next year, regardless of whether or not he extends his contract.
Kelly, who has been one of the breakout players of the AFL this season, is said to be considering a move back to Perth.
He’s already contracted at Geelong for next season.
Cook told Sportsday the club wouldn’t be trading him under any circumstance.
“There’s no way we’re going to do that,” he said.
