Geelong questioned over bombshell concussion deal
Geelong has been revealed as the AFL club that reached an agreement with one of its current players, who has a history of concussions, to accept legal responsibility for any future head injuries sustained on the field.
The AFL and AFLPA have now confirmed that Geelong have now withdrawn the waiver.
“What was the need for this at the time?” Bartel said on Sports Today.
