Gerard Healy says the Saints ‘are a worry’
Gerard Healy admits he’s concerned about St Kilda’s future.
The Saints narrowly missed finals again, finishing the season with a sluggish performance against Richmond in Nick Riewoldt’s final game.
“The Saints are a worry for me,” Healy said on 3AW.
“I’m not sure where they’re heading.”
The Sportsday host said a lot would fall on the shoulders of young forward Patrick McCartin next year following Riewoldt’s retirement.
He said he’d have no problem with the Saints handing over picks 7 and 8 in the draft to land Josh Kelly, if he becomes available.
