Gerard Healy full of praise for Collingwood’s captain

Gerard Healy says Collingwood captain Scott Pendlebury will make “one helluva a coach” once he retires from the AFL.

Healy witnessed Pendlebury’s football brain in action while involved with Australia’s international rules team this month.

Speaking on Sportsday, Healy said the Magpies ace – who he hadn’t dealt with much previously – impressed him.

“I’ve really spent no time with him (previously) and he is going to be one helluva coach,” Healy said on 3AW.
