Gillon McLachlan confirms score review change for finals

The AFL will introduce a change to the score review system for finals, following the umpiring stuff-up which cost Adelaide a win against Sydney.

AFL CEO Gillon McLachlan told Neil Mitchell it was “a clear mistake … but it was a mistake where we’re working to mitigate if we can”.
