Gold Coast Suns co-captain Touk Miller is not shying away from finals expectations in Damien Hardwick’s first season as coach.

In an expansive chat on Wide World of Sports alongside star academy prospect Jed Walter, Miller told Sam McClure the club’s new coach isn’t shying away from placing high expectations on his players.

“Everyone is competing for (finals) and we want nothing more than to plan in September,” he said on 3AW.

“Dimma has openly talked about it and it’s not something we’re scared of. It’s something that we want to do and we want to be challenging for finals.
