GWS throws lifeline to forgotten ex-Magpie

GWS has thrown Lachie Keeffe a lifeline.

Keeffe, 27, has not played since 2014 due a two-year suspension for testing positive to banned drug clenbuterol.

He played 40 games over four seasons for Collingwood.

The Giants are believed to have offered Keeffe a one-year deal.
