Hawthorn dealt double injury blow
Hawthorn has been dealt a double injury blow, with Cyril Rioli and Paul Puopolo to spend more than a month on the sidelines.
The Hawks say Rioli, who received a knock to the knee half way through the club’s Round 4 win over Melbourne, will miss 5-6 weeks.
Puopolo is looking at a similar stint on the sidelines after he suffered a hamstring strain.
“We had a really challenging day on the injury front,” the club said in a statement.
