Hawthorn ‘waved the white flag’ in loss to Melbourne

Tony Shaw says Hawthorn “waved the white flag” in the early parts of their loss to Melbourne on Saturday.

The Dees kicked the first goal of the game to set up their 55-point win, with Shawry questioning Sam Mitchell side’s defensive tactics early in the game.

“I blame Hawthorn in that first quarter,” he told 3AW Football.
