How Joel Selwood would tackle Essendon’s leadership struggles

After a tumultuous start to their season, Essendon star Zach Merrett, who stepped down from the captaincy in November, joined the leadership meeting on Tuesday.

Former Geelong captain Joel Selwood has supported Merrett’s reintegration into leadership meetings and spoke about what he would do to fix their current leadership struggles.

“What is made of it is a little bit more than it needs to be,” Selwood said on Wide World of Sports.
