Hunt for four men after TV reporter attacked at violent tradie protest last month
Images have been released of four men wanted over the assault of a television journalist during a tradie protest in Melbourne last month.
Paul Dowsley was walking amongst the protester on Swanston Street on September 21, when he was grabbed around the neck by a man in fluorescent jumper and pushed against a bin.
A second man spat on 7News journalist.
A third man, wearing a bicycle helmet, threw what is believed to have been urine at Mr Dowsley.
Later on the same day, the 7News journalist was doing a live cross near Flinders Lane when a fourth man threw a can of energy drink at the back of his head.
Police would like to speak with anyone who witnessed the incidents or who can identify the men pictured.
