‘I’m very upset’: Elderly couple fall victim to ‘unreasonable’ parking fine

An elderly couple has fallen victim to the same “insane” parking fine that a man did by the City of Whittlesea.

79-year-old Ken was with his 76-year-old wife with emphysema when they parked on the grass in Mernda to watch their grandson play footy.

“It’s unreasonable, it’s far above anything,” Ken told Jacqui Felgate.
