Tony Shaw feels the coaching decisions of Luke Beveridge could have cost his side against Hawthorn in an all-important top-of-the-table clash.

Shaw feels the decision to leave Rory Lobb out of the ruck despite Hawthorn’s dominance could have put the Dogs within touching distance at three-quarter time.

“I thought the coach had a bad night,” Shaw said on 3AW Football.
