‘It’s a big worry’: Matthew Richardson concerned about the future of Tasmanian AFL team

There are serious concerns over the future of the Tasmania Devils AFL team, after state opposition leader Dean Winter filed a no-confidence motion against the Premier Jeremy Rockliff.
Tasmanian football legend and 3AW’s very own Matthew Richardson joined 3AW Drive to speak about the unfolding situation surrounding the future of the AFL’s 19th team.
“I just think it would be embarrassing if it doesn’t go ahead,” Richardson told Jacqui Felgate.

“I wouldn’t want to be that person in 20 or 30 years, going this was a huge mistake for Tasmania, which I think it will be.”
