‘It’s madness’: Why Tom Elliott is concerned about heating this winter

Tom Elliott says he has concerns about Victorian’s being able to heat up their homes this winter, as today marks the coldest day of the year so far.

He says the state government is pushing to get Victorian homes to use electrical appliances.

“That’s not going to happen fast enough,” he said.
