Jack Ziebell left in hospital after sickening attack outside bar after celebrating AFL career

North Melbourne great Jack Ziebell is in hospital after he was the victim of an unprovoked attack outside a bar on the day of his retirement.

Ziebell, who played his last game for the Roos on Saturday, was “set upon” outside the Osborne at South Yarra, the club said in a statement.

He will likely need facial surgery.
