Jacqui Felgate condemns ‘really ugly’ post-match abuse of Carlton players

Jacqui Felgate has condemned Carlton fans who jeered their players following Thursday night’s loss to Richmond.

In widely circulated vision on social media, Blues fans in the Ponsford Stand at the MCG were captured hurling abuse at the players as they left the ground.

The 3AW Drive host says it was a “very ugly” look, urging fans to be better.

“I think this is actually a bit insane,” she said on 3AW.

“It’s a really ugly look … we’re better than that.”
