Jimmy Bartel explains why the AFL risks alienating NSW

The AFL risks alienating the NSW government if it doesn’t give it reason to invest in the sport, warns Jimmy Bartel.

Speaking on 3AW Football, Bartel pointed out Queensland (2020 Grand Final), Western Australia (2021 Grand Final) and South Australia (Gather Round) had all had their share of AFL spoils in recent years.

“If you’re truly investing in NSW, well the next one goes there,” Jimmy Bartel said on 3AW.
