Joel Selwood shares his thoughts on Tom Hawkins’ future

Joel Selwood says his good mate Tom Hawkins is absolutely capable of playing on again next year, but only if he wants to.

The Geelong great told 3AW he could have potentially gone on again himself this season, but it would have been “selfish” and he was more than content with his decision to retire.

But he’s expecting Hawkins to go past him as Geelong’s games record-holder.
