John Elliott has ‘real doubts’ about Carlton’s future

Former Carlton president John Elliott says he’s got “real doubts” about where the Blues are heading and they should be asking the AFL for a priority pick.

Speaking with son Tom on 3AW Drive, John Elliott said the current board “hadn’t done much of a job”.

“I’ve got real doubts,” John Elliott said.

“We’ve had all these new players come through.

“We’ve got four, five, six players that are really good, but then it falls away pretty quickly.”
