‘Just battling’: Jimmy Bartel and Matthew Lloyd unpack the issues plaguing the Blues

Jimmy Bartel and Matthew Lloyd have unpacked the issues which are plaguing Carlton, after they were overrun by Sydney at the SCG on Friday night.

Bartel said it “went to script” for the Blues with their second half fade-out, while Lloyd spoke on how Michael Voss’ squad is “just battling”.

“They look like they deserve to be where they are on the ladder,” Lloyd said on 3AW Football after the match.
