Legendary broadcaster Sir Michael Parkinson dies aged 88

Legendary broadcaster and talk show host Sir Michael Parkinson has died aged 88 at home after a brief illness, surrounded by loved ones.

Throughout his seven-decade career, Parkinson was known for interviewing some of the biggest names in the world.

Journalist, broadcaster and author Mike Carlton paid tribute to Parkinson and spoke on what made him such a great interviewer.
