Leigh Matthews and Ross Lyon discuss THAT phone call

Leigh Matthews and Ross Lyon have shared details of the phone call the AFL icon made to Lyon before he rejoined St Kilda as coach.

Lyon told 3AW’s Wide World Of Sports the chat with Matthews definitely played a part in him taking on the job at the Saints for a second time.

“It did help get me across the line,” Lyon said.
