Leigh Matthews’ idea to make the game ‘safer’ in light of Maynard collision

Leigh Matthews has come up with an idea which could make the game “safer” in light of Brayden Maynard’s collision with Angus Brayshaw.

Matthews claimed Maynard was like a “high speed human missile” in the incident which left Brayshaw unconscious for two minutes.

“We have to try and keep continually making the game safer,” Matthews said.
