Leigh Matthews thought Bulldogs were ‘pedestrian’ and ‘ordinary’ against Hawthorn

After 12 games, the Western Bulldogs have a record of 6-6 and were defeated by the Hawks on Thursday night, who bounced back in a big way.

On 3AW Football, Leigh Matthews thought the Bulldogs’ performance was “pedestrian” and “ordinary”, and nowhere near the level of performance that was seen in their gallant loss against Geelong.

“Not impressive at all tonight,” Matthews said.
