Leigh Matthews warns ‘sickening’ injury crisis could derail Dogs premiership chances

The Western Bulldogs are facing an injury crisis after Sam Darcy had a suspected knee injury, whilst Tom Liberatore went down with another concussion.

AFL legend Leigh Matthews thinks the Dogs’ chances of winning the 2026 premiership have taken a major blow.

“It’s (their premiership chances) certainly diminished. The Bulldogs are now right on the back foot.”
