‘Let men be men’ | Bombers assistant rejects proposed change

Mark Harvey doesn’t want the game “sanitised” any further.

The Bombers’ assistant said he’s not a fan of a proposed change that would crack down on players “bullying” their opponents off the ball.

Eddie McGuire revealed the proposal on The Footy Show on Thursday night.

Harvey told 3AW Football jostling off the ball is just a part of the game.

“Let men be men,” Harvey said.

“The game’s been sanitised a lot in the last ten years.

“How far do you want to go?”
