TONIGHT’S LINE-UP: Matthew Lloyd, Tony Shaw, Dwayne Russell, Bruce Eva, and Nick Butler.

Adelaide star Rory Sloane spoke to 3AW in the rooms.

He dismissed any concern about an injury despite finishing the game with ice on his leg.

He said the side relishes playing in wet conditions.

“It’s fun football to play in. It reminds me of local footy back home,” he said.

Adelaide has moved to the top of the table with a 59-point win.

Taylor Walker and Josh Jenkins were outstanding in conditions that don’t usually suit key forwards.

3AW analyst Tony Shaw said the Bulldogs were “shown up” on Friday night.

“It was like a training run after half time,” Shawry said.

Adelaide leads by three points at the main break.

The Bulldogs have had a lot of the play but haven’t been able to convert enough of their inside 50s.

Despite trailing, Matthew Lloyd was impressed by the Dogs’ play.

“They started playing the footy that won them a premiership,” Lloydy said.
