WRAP: Injured Magpies streak clear of Fremantle
Collingwood has moved within one game of the top eight with a brave – albeit at times calamitous – 20-point win over Fremantle.
The Magpies dominated all statistics all day, except for the scoreboard, which remained tight for most of the match.
Scores were level seven minutes into the final quarter before Collingwood streaked clear.

HALF TIME
Collingwood leads by 16 points, but it could be so much more.
The Pies have dominated the contest but – once again – wayward kicking in front of goal has meant they haven’t fully capitalised.
“Collingwood should be another two to three goals ahead,” Peter Sumich said.
“I can’t see the Fremantle midfield getting ahead.”
“I think Stephen Hill is the key,” Luke McPharlin said.
“He’s not getting handball receives.”
