Matt Kennedy loving life after off-season move from Carlton

Matt Kennedy says he’s loving his fresh start at the Western Bulldogs following his high-profile off-season move from Carlton.

Kennedy switched from the Blues at the end of 2024, ending seven seasons at IKON Park.

“I’m loving how much this club has embraced me and my family since I’ve moved here,” he told 3AW Football after the Dogs’ 49-point win over North Melbourne

“I’m a bit of a believer in everything happens for a reason…it’s been a good start, but there’s a long way to go just yet.”

Kennedy also spoke about his love for Tom Liberatore after he notched up 250 AFL games on Thursday night.
