Melbourne president Brad Green’s power struggle continues Demons leadership struggles

According to Caroline Wilson, Brad Green may be extending his stint as Melbourne Football Club president against the wishes of some connected to incoming Steven Smith.

Wilson believes this was against the plan set by both Smith and the Demons, and the club remains silent as to when the handover will occur.

“Brad Green has been running the club all year,” Wilson said on 3W Football.

“Brad Green has stuck firm and wants to be here until the end of the AFLW season.

“That was not the expectation from the Steven Smith camp nor anyone else at Melbourne.”
