Melbourne star midfielder Christian Petracca suffers another injury setback

Melbourne star midfielder Christian Petracca has suffered an injury setback, sustaining a cracked rib at training this afternoon.

It comes after Petracca suffered four broken ribs, a punctured lung and a lacerated spleen during last season’s King Birthday’s clash against Collingwood, which saw him miss the rest of the season.

“That’s the last thing Christian Petracca needs,” 3AW host Heidi Murphy said.
