Melbourne utility reveals his most likely position in 2018

Melbourne utility Tom McDonald says he expects to be playing forward for the Demons next season.

But he’s still more than prepared to help down back if required.

Much has been made of where McDonald will play next year, given the arrival of Jake Lever.

It was the first question he was asked on Sportsday.

“Probably forward, I think. That’s probably the safe option,” McDonald said.
