‘Missing in action’: Josh Frydenberg calls out political leaders over anti-Semitism inaction

Former Federal treasurer Josh Frydenberg says Australia’s political leaders have been “missing in action” in the fight against anti-Semitism.

Mr Frydenberg has put together a feature documentary on the rise in anti-semitic rhetoric in the wake of the October 7 attacks in Israel, calling out people who he says continue to remain silent.

“I think (our political leaders) have gone missing in action here – they haven’t enforced the law,” he told Tom Elliott on 3AW Mornings.

“We need to enforce the law and encourage education of history.”
