Multi-sport star explains how she’s juggling commitments at two clubs

Multi-sport superstar Sarah Rowe has locked in an A-League Women finals berth with the Central Coast Mariners just weeks before joining Collingwood teammates for AFLW preseason.

The 29-year-old, who’s also played professional Gaelic football is living between two states as she pursues her sporting dreams, saying the pay off in the end was worth it.

“I look to put myself in these challenging situations because I’ll come out a better player and person,” she told 3AW Football’s Laura Spurway.

Rowe will play finals with the Mariners next weekend ahead of her move back to Melbourne to start training with the Pies.
