Murder charges laid in fatal Leongatha mushroom case
The woman at the centre of the alleged toxic mushroom case, Erin Patterson, has been charged with three counts of murder and has spent the night in jail before facing court today.
The 49-year-old was interviewed by police yesterday after her Leongatha home was raided by detectives.
Patterson has also been charged with five counts of attempted murder, three of those related to incidents in Victoria between 2021 and 2022.
