My Kitchen Rules judge Manu Feildel and contestants Karen and Roz join Denis Walter

My Kitchen Rules is back again and judge Manu Feildel joined Denis Walter along with this year’s Victorian contestants Karen and Roz.

With a $250,000 prize on the line, Manu promises that season 7 will bring no shortage of heated moments, ‘There always are, that’s what makes the show, it’s all the different people from different parts of Australia with different mentalities, different types of cooking and different opinions, I think it’s a wonderful thing’.

As for Victorian contestants and midwives Karen & Roz, nothing could prepare them for the pressures of cooking on the show, ‘It’s like no other cooking experience ever. We thought we had been through as tough as it could get, cooking at home for kids and our families, being under the pump, getting a meal on the table every night, but that all pales into insignificance, this was really really tough but something we really enjoyed as well.’ 

My Kitchen Rules starts tonight on Channel 7 at 7:30pm.
