Carlton midfielder Nic Newman has shed light on what tweaks Carlton are looking to make heading into 2024.

Carlton had a strong second half to the 2023 season, and Newman spoke on the difference in mentality which led to the sudden change in form.

He also said what Michael Voss’ first message was to the playing group when the full group was back at pre-season training.
