Patrick Dangerfield ‘will play’ in season-opener, says Sportsday newsbreaker

Patrick Dangerfield is all but certain to line-up in Sunday’s season-opener, says Sportsday’s Tom Morris.

He said something had to go wrong from here for the Geelong superstar to miss the clash with Melbourne.

He’s been nursing a hamstring injury.

“He’ll play,” Morris said.

The news doesn’t get any better for the Demons, with Tom McDonald to miss, according to Tom Morris.
