Big Freeze: Daniher daughter tells of Neale’s ‘out of control’ work

Bec Daniher has told 3AW Football of her personal joy in joining her brave father in his determined fight against motor neuron disease.

Speaking with Matthew Lloyd, Jimmy Bartel, Mick Warner and Bruce Eva ahead of Neale Daniher’s Big Freeze at the MCG event, Bec said she’s learnt a lot much from her dad.

“Every day is getting more exciting to Neale, and I get follow him around and listen to him,” she said.

“He doesn’t stop; his work ethic is out of control, I’m struggling to keep up!”

She said the annual Big Freeze had “grown to something far beyond we ever thought it would be” and told of the research wins her father’s drive had already uncovered.
